Another western toursim places would like to explore here-- Iceland.

How i've been introduce to this place? Is through the travelling channel on astro [Passport to Europe with Samantha]. Really fall in love with this natural world in Iceland. What a wonderful nice natural place. So, today, i am going to post as many as the wonderful nice photos which i found it online here. For those who love nature, for sure, Iceland will be one of your dream tourism place :-p

Gullfoss
First of all, would like to post the nice photos of The Golden Waterfall (Gullfoss).Gullfoss is Iceland's most famous waterfall, and one of the natural
wonders of the world. Gullfoss is also by far Europe's most powerful waterfall. On a sunlit day, the mist clouds surrounding the hammering falls are filled with dozens of rainbows, providing an unparalleled spectacle of color and motion. What a nice scenery!

Reykjavik

There are quite a lots of nice spot at Reykjavik. Included the city center, the harbor, Hallgrimskirkja Church which is the tallest building in iceland, the National Museum ,The Blue Lagoon, Hot spring, geyser, waterfall, hourse riding. volcano, and many others. Interesting right? Let's go into details :-p

Hallgrimskirkja Church

Hallgrimskirkja church is Reykjavik's main landmark and its tower can be seen from almost everywhere in the city. It is located at the top of the shoppin street Skolavordusitgur. Hallgrimskirkja is the largest church in Iceland. The 73 m high church tower provides excellent views all over Rejkjavik. In front of the church is a statue of Iceland-born Leifur Eiriksson, aka "Leif the Lucky", the first European to discover America around 1000 A.D



The Blue Lagoon

The Blue Lagoon in Iceland is Iceland's famous geothermal spa where guests relax in seawater heated by Mother Nature. A visit to the Blue Lagoon (40 min. from Reykjavik) is an invigorating experience year-round, whether surrounded by snow in the middle of winter, or during the long days of the Icelandic summer.

Husavik

Whale watching is one of the most popular tourist activities in Iceland, and for good reason. Success rates of seeing the world’s largest mammals in their natural habitat are much greater than 95%. The most common whales spotted are the friendly minke whales but also blue whales, humpback whales, sei and fin whales, killer whales and of course a number of dolphins including white beaks and harbor porpoises.
Tours, which last from a few hours to most of the day, depart from several locations in Iceland such as Reykjavik, Breiddalsvik in the East, Olafsvik in the West, and the Westman Islands in the South.
The most popular spot for whale watching is from Husavik in the north of the country, which is regarded by many as the ’Whale Watching Capital of Europe.’ Cruises are made on a quiet, old-fashioned oak boat and on shore there is an exhibition center dedicated to the many species of whales that sport in the bay.
The whale watching season runs from May to September.



Westfjords-- Latrabjarg

Iceland is a paradise for birdwatchers. Latrabjarg in the West Fjords is the largest bird cliff in the world. A great variety of cliff-nesting species can be found there, including the largest razorbill colony in the world.



South of the Iceland-- Reynisfjara Beach
Reynisfjara Beach is a natural black sand and pebble beach with some larger boulders. There are also a lots of interesting basalt caves by the beach.



South-east of Iceland-- Jokulsarlon Glacier Lagoon

Jökulsárlón is the best known and the largest of a number of glacial lakes in Iceland. It is situated at the south end of the glacier Vatnajökull between Skaftafell National Park and Höfn. It is also one of the most famous attractions in the south east of Iceland. Many commercials and several major international motion pictures have been filmed at this exotic location, including James Bond's “Die Another Day” and “Batman Begins”.



There are still have a lots of waterfall in iceland, bird watching spots, glacier, national parks, museums and gallery which i didn't mention here. Really too many nice spots in Iceland.

Other beaches on the Iceland include: Álftanes Beach (Greater Reykjavik Area), Djúpárlónssandur Beach (East Iceland), Budir and kirkjubol Beach in the West Iceland.

Other glacier spots: Myrdalsjokull glacier, Langjokull glacier, Solheimajokull glacier, Vatnajokull galcier, Tindfjallajokull glacier, Evjafjallajokull glacier, Torfajokull galcier, Tungnafellsjokull galcier and also Hofsjokull galcier.

Indonesia- Bali Island

The forth tourism place i would like to write here is Bali Island which located at Indonesia. This is one of the famous tourism hot spot of those people who like beach a lots like me :-p (although i don't know how to swim) But the view, the scenery, the seaside, the sand, the coconut tree, blue sky and everything around does make me feel good. Is a nice relaxing place. After i surf the net bout Bali Island, i know that are a few famous beaches, got some monkey forests, waterfall, and also got active volcano of Mount Batur, hot spring water, national park and got really really a lots of temple( I think more than 10). For me, i more prefer those natural places such as beaches, mountain and so on. So, in my blog here, mostly will mention bout those places which are my "dreamworld", that's why didn't mention any of the temple here although Bali is famous with the temples also.

Kuta

Kuta is the most famous tourist places in Bali. It is famous with the spectacular white sandy beach, several of hotels from luxury and until budget hotels are available, hilarious nightlife, plenty of restaurants with international cuisine, bars, pub, Water Boom Park and shopping center. It is one stop place for holiday in Bali by offering the plenty of selection we need and make it the right place to visit on your vacation in Bali.



Lovina Beach

Lovina is one of the famous tourist places in north part of Bali which own beautiful of calm sea water, blackish chromatic sand and the sea with its dolphin. One of the favorite fascinations in Lovina is dolphin watching tour. Hundreds of dolphins can be seen in the morning time around 1 km offshore. We can see the dolphin attractions in this place like jumping. It is not fail to draw if the tourist has the time to see the sunset here. Lovina area is also supported by the number of tourism fascination which is can be reached from this location. Places of interests around Lovina are Hot Water Banjar, Wihara Budha (Buddies shrine), Gigit Waterfall and some countryside exist around the location.






Candidasa Beach

Candidasa Beach is a beautiful beach located in east part of Bali. It is about 1.5 hours from Bali's International Airport. It own the magnificent view along the beach with coconut trees spread out along the costal area. The peaceful atmosphere from the sea breeze sweeps the entire Candidasa Area that makes it an ideal place for vacation in Bali. It is one of the famous tourist places in Bali offers several of hotels, restaurants and other tourist destination around it. In the center of Candidasa there is a pool which is wide enough, and from that place we can enjoy the beautiful view of the Lombok Strait. Candidasa own beautiful beach with the black sand along the coastal and the magnificence view of the ocean.The sunrise is a beautiful moment at Candidasa while having a walk on the beach with the peaceful tropical atmosphere can give you a memorable vacation in this island.







Gitgit waterfall

Gitgit Waterfall is a beautiful tourist destination in north part of Bali. Gitgit waterfall is located in the plateau area with the height about 35 meters and it is surrounded by tropical tree and emits the constantly natural water debit during the year. Waterfall voice around the charming nature was amazing and it was the separate attraction which can be enjoyed by each visitor who comes to visit. There are some plantations protecting the rain forest around the waterfall and in this place we often met the wild monkey to get the water from this waterfall.



Kintamani
Kintamani is the most favorite tourist destinations in Bali with the active volcano of mount Batur and beautiful lake. Kintamani is surrounded by the captivating nature and there are six ancient villages around cauldron of Batur Lake which is often conceived by Bali Age Village. The local people from these Bali Age villages own the unique cultures, houses and life style. Kintamani Area is consisted of some Villages those are Kedisan Village , Buahan, Abang, Trunyan, Songan, South Batur, Middle Batur, North Batur, Sukawana and Kintamani Village . The total of resident in these area are about 15 thousand who are mostly working as farmer, merchant, or work at industrial tourism.
